Thankful Thursday

Wow, I can’t believe Thursday is here already! I hope everyone is having a great week!

As you can see, I have been too busy to post anything new to my blog since last Thursday. We have had a great week though, and lots of things are getting done around here.

I finally got my taxes done last night! I am so Thankful that is done and over with, and in just 8 short days we are going to be getting our return back, and we can get a little bit of work done on our addition.

I have been doing some major spring cleaning this week. In the past week I have thrown away a total of 5 garbage bags of junk, one of which was a huge contractor bag. I actually found things that I put down in my office when Owain was born almost 2 years ago. The past 2 years have been a whirlwind, and I feel like I am starting to get things that got pushed aside taken care of. I am Thankful that I am finding time to get rid of some of this junk!

Wee Nut started having trouble breathing again last night. I gave him a breathing treatment and slept close to him all night. Was up off and on all night long, but didn’t get any worse and so far I have not had to take him in to the Dr or emergency room. I am so Thankful for that!

As always, I am Thankful for my happy, healthy, wild little beasties that run around my house all day long driving me crazy, I am Thankful that we have a roof over our heads and for our wonderfully supportive group of friends and family and all the ways they help us.

So what are you Thankful for today? It is so easy to join in and tell everyone.

Here is how Thankful Thursdays works:

1. Post your Thankful Thoughts on your blog. Somewhere in your post please mention The Nut House and/or http://ourhappynuthouse.com/ so that your friends, family and visitors know where to find other Thankful Thoughts. You can also grab my Thankful Thursdays banner and link to that. Once you have done that you can come back here and add your post to MckLinky.

Not everyone has a blog, so:

2. If you don’t have a blog, you can leave a Thankful Thoughts comment in the comment section.

3. You can show your Thankful Thoughts any way you like, as a list, as a story, as one word, one sentence or just a picture. Have fun!
