Thankful Thursday

This week completely sums up the reason why I started doing Thankful Thursdays. It has been a rough one, and I know a huge part of that is that I keep forgetting to take my Zoloft. Things suddenly got even more busy for us, and once I forget to take my Zoloft once, it is all downhill from there, once becomes twice, becomes three times and before I know it, I am a mess walking around in circles crying over spilled milk and episodes of Boston Medical. So I had to shake myself up, and hit myself over the head a few times..

Yeah, Thankful Thursdays is sometimes about whining and letting things out. So there it is. And now on to this week’s edition of Thankful Thursdays -Bite the Bullet Style.

This week I am Thankful For:

  • Zoloft (duh!)
  • Coffee
  • Nutella
  • Nutella covered coffee ice cream
  • A shower, finally
  • Unbelieve patience from my children
  • That Wee Nut has only peed on the floor after ripping of his diaper several times a day, and not pooping all over the floor.
  • Honey Nut has become very cuddly even though it is because she has 4 molars and 3 teeth coming in and is in sad amount of pain.
  • The 4 people who took the time to vote in my poll to rename my recipe blog. “From My Kitchen to Yours” has been renamed “Feeding The Nut House” and may very well be living on a dedicated page her at The Nut House.

As always, I am Thankful for my happy, healthy, wild little beasties that run around my house all day long driving me crazy, I am Thankful that we have a roof over our heads and for our wonderfully supportive group of friends and family and all the ways they help us.

So what are you Thankful for today? It is so easy to join in and tell everyone.

Here is how Thankful Thursdays works:

1. Post your Thankful Thoughts on your blog. Somewhere in your post please mention The Nut House and/or ourhappynuthouse.com so that your friends, family and visitors know where to find other Thankful Thoughts. You can also grab my Thankful Thursdays banner and link to that. Once you have done that you can come back here and add your post to MckLinky.

Not everyone has a blog, so:

2. If you don’t have a blog, you can leave a Thankful Thoughts comment in the comment section.

3. You can show your Thankful Thoughts any way you like, as a list, a story, a vlog, as one word, one sentence or just a picture.

Love this post. 🙂 And hey… who can watch Boston Medical without crying?

It’s so important to remember in the midst of insanity what we all have to be so thankful for!

I was getting caught up with 2 past episodes I missed, and at the very begging of one, they had the Heart Baby in a transport incubator. That was how they took my son away from me to transport him to UVa, I was not ready for that and I lost it. I usually sit and whimper over Boston Med, lol, but I was a wreck for the rest of the day. I have to remember to not watch shows like that if I forget my Zoloft the day before.
