Thankful Thursday

It is Thursday again, and time for another edition of Thankful Thursday.

Happy Thursday Friends!

I feel like the full speed ahead rate at which time travels around the Holidays is in full swing already, and the days are flying by. Time is like gold around here, precious and somewhat sparkly, so let’s get down to this Thankful business, shall we?

I am Thankful for crisp cool mornings, and mild enough afternoons that I can still open up the windows for a few minutes. Fresh air does the body good.

I am Thankful that I finally made some Apple Crumble that I have been thinking about for weeks. Thanks for the awesome recipe Kate!

I am Thankful for the boost of energy that allowed me to grab a quick shower before the kids woke up this morning. So fresh, and so clean, clean.

I am Thankful for the Food Bank which provided us with a couple of Huge boxes of food for the week.

I am Thankful for Hot Tea, spoonfuls of Nutella that melt in my mouth and take my troubles away, and the way that Wee Nut calls Toy Story, Stoy Tory and makes me smile every time.

I am Thankful for the way my kids stumble up to me every morning with hugs, and Good Morning Mommy.

I am Thankful that every morning Honey Nut smiles at me, and squeals with delight when I bounce her out of her crib, and for the special time we spend staring out the window as she babbles about the birds and squirrels.

I am Thankful for the special time spent with E Nut making his Tooth Fairy Box for his first lost tooth.

I am Thankful for the endless ramblings of an excited Little Nut Nut who never-stop-.talking!

I am Thankful for the never ending conversations about Legos with Wing Nut, and his passion for creating.

As always, I am Thankful for my happy, healthy, wild little beasties that run around my house all day long driving me crazy, I am Thankful that we still have a roof over our heads and for our wonderfully supportive group of friends and family and all the ways they help us.

So what are you Thankful for today? It is so easy to join in and tell everyone.

Here is how Thankful Thursdays works:

1. Post your Thankful Thoughts on your blog. Somewhere in your post please mention The Nut House and/or ourhappynuthouse.com so that your friends, family and visitors know where to find other Thankful Thoughts. You can also grab my Thankful Thursdays banner and link to that. Once you have done that you can come back here and add your post to MckLinky.

Not everyone has a blog, so:

2. If you don’t have a blog, you can leave a Thankful Thoughts comment in the comment section.

3. You can show your Thankful Thoughts any way you like, as a list, a story, a vlog, as one word, one sentence or just a picture.

And now I totally want Nutella… Good thing Costco is selling the big tubs of it now!
