Ask Me Anything

Go ahead. Ask. I am not too shy.

What would you like to know?

I talk about my kids a lot, and I talk a lot about postpartum depression, but I don’t always mention the little things about me.

I started to do one of those 100 Thinks About Me post once, but I only got about twenty something of them done and then I couldn’t think of anything else to say. I like to think of myself as fairly open when it comes to talking about my feelings and what it is like to be a postpartum depressed mother of 5. Sometimes I start to write about something and then half way through I trash the whole thing because I feel like it is too boring or uninteresting. Maybe I am wrong.

If you have something that you have been wondering about, ask me.

Even if you haven’t been wondering about anything, think of something and fire away.

I will answer just about any question unless it has to do with my address, my super deep deep personal life, you know, because family reads this and I don’t want to scar them with the details.

I would like to say that you can’t ask my age, but in a moment of weakness I reveled it and not there is no going back.

So leave me a comment here in this post and I will pick some, or all of them or most of them to answer in another post or two or more depending on how I feel about the question. Sound good? Great.

Ask away!

Hi. Part of your profile on Blog Frog caught my eye. Your Son, was he born with Hypoplastic Left Heart, by any chance?
Your blog looks lovely, by the way… and of course, so do your children.

The other thing I keep thinking is that you should publish all those things you write and delete. I have been surprised at the things that other people find interesting when I post them. That and this is your space, not ours. Publish what is on your heart.

I have no questions. I just want to send a little encouragement your way. I love reading your blog, and thank you for being a loving mom. It is the most important job in the world!

Why do you homeschool? What makes you smile? When you are down, what makes life worth living? Do you want more kids? What is your favorite book or movie? If I think of more, I will let you know.
