I am Not as Strong as I appear. I enjoy weakness from time to time. We are a homeschooling, special needs family of 6. My 4th son has a Congenital Heart defect, and my oldest has ADHD. I am a survivor of Adultery and mental abuse. I learned that you never really know someone until you are strong enough to stand up and walk away. I love and protect my children, with everything I have. My life might seem unbelievable, but I couldn't make this shit up if I tried! Stick around & let's get to know each other.

Yesterday I posted the before photos of Honey Nut’s dresser. Today she helped me get some photos of the dresser after it was refinished and up in her bedroom. And there are actually photos of her new bedroom! It is still pretty empty, but she spends most of her time downstairs hanging out with...

Apple Crumble

A few weeks ago Kate from Kate’s Life made a simple comment on Twitter about making Apple Crumble. It was right after we went to Carter Mountain Orchard for a Mended Little Hearts outing. I was planning on making pies with my stash of apples, but after Kate mentioned Apple Crumble, that was all...

Take It On Tuesday

Have you ever had one of those weeks where no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to get anything done? A good portion of the past week has been like that for me. I think some one might have spiked my kids milk with an extra bit of Crazy the other day...

Sharing Your Voice: Welcome PPD Survivor Yael

I have only recently met Yael when she responded to my request for Moms to share their Postpartum Depression stories. I don’t know much about her, but I do know that she lives in one of the most beautiful places in New York and if I still lived in NY state, I would probably...
