Get Fit With Wii Fit Sunday Check-In

Today is the first day of Get Fit with Wii Fit check in!

Since I just announced this the other day, I understand if there is nothing to add today. Today’s check in is mostly a trial run to see how I would like to do this. If you want to share your goals, and any Wii Fit workouts that you have been doing lately I would love to hear how things are going for you. Get Fit with Wii Fit will have link-up at the bottom of the post so you can show off your progress with photos in your own blog post.

My goal for the week was to workout at least every other day. I started out strong and then we had an appointment in the middle of the week and then Wing Nut ended up getting sick, so I only got to workout 2 days last week. I have been sick for the past 2 days myself. I have only managed to move from the bed to the couch to the bed and now back to the couch today. I am still excited to have been able to convince my children that just because I am on the Wii Fit that it doesn’t mean that there will be a Wii free for all.

My photo editing software was giving me a hard time, so I don’t have all the photos I wanted, but for now I am done.

These are the 2 days I got to work out last week.
The first day was over 2 hours, the second was 90 minutes.
Free Stepping while the kids got the TV back for a 10 minutes.
More Free stepping.
Wii Fit age of 37. Mostly because I have been working on my balance!

Things I have never done. My goal is to get rid of all of those Nevers!
