A Post About Nothing, Or Is It?

Well it is a little bit about something. I haven’t figured that out yet. My poor blog is sad and lonely, and neglected. My brain is a little mushy, but I can’t stand not posting anything.

Last week firefox crashed on me. I lost all my bookmarks, and it took me since then to find my blog dashboard so I can login. I am somewhat technically challenged, I admit that.

Now that I am logged in, I feel like I HAVE to post about something, so here goes!

We have a cricket problem. When I lived in the country, I loved listening to crickets as I fell asleep. Now I hunt them down and kill them like the annoying noisy creatures under my bed that they are!

I got sick of trying to weed out around my flower gardens, so I mowed them all down. I am not sorry about that. I thought I would be.

After the kids went to bed last night, I ate a bunch of their chocolate. I do it every year. Guilt free.

Last week I washed 3 windows. This doesn’t happen very often. I hate washing windows. A lot.

Owain is doing great. If you missed my facebook post the other day, this is what happened…

I was giving Owee his meds and he runs up to me and tells me “Mommy, you forgot to give me my orange ‘Lady Six’ medicine.” Apparently this is what he calls his lasix.

Within a few short days of each other in August, I took on the roles of Committee Chair for my kids Cub Scout Pack and the Social Media Chair for Mended Little Hearts National Organization. Um. What? There might be something wrong with me. I love doing both though, and am more than happy to in these positions! Yay Me! (that was me having a yay party!)

I am trying to finish up a Scentsy fundraiser for Mended Little Hearts of Charlottesville. It ends this weekend. I suppose I should tell you more about that. I think it needs to be its own post though. (insert yay party!) Let’s talk about that tomorrow!

I am off to do some Cub Scout Committee Chair stuff. Happy Tuesday, and this is the blog post you all have been asking for.

(I think I need another yay party) Your Welcome.

Oh my gosh, you crack me up!! I hate to wash windows, too. All of our first floor windows have animal snot all over them. I think I will wash three in your honor. It will make my husband VERY happy. And let me say publicly that you are a ROCKSTAR social media chair for MLH. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Thanks Amy!! I enjoy it and am so happy to be part of such an amazing organization!

And send a “you are very welcome” to your husband. I don’t have any pets, but I get kid slobber all over my lower windows, lol.

Mowed my flowers down too. And I’m hoping that when I cut the grass last night, in the dark b/c that’s when hubby was finally home to watch the kids, it will be the last time for the year.

Haha! The leaves falling off the trees will cover up any long spots 😉
