Thankful Thursday

Happy Thursday!

What a fabulous week we have been having!

Wing Nut is still gaining weight. He also has a much better attitude, is less impulsive and more agreeable.

E Nut has a new obsession with keeping my tea cup full of tea. So while the kids are still waking us up in the middle of the night, and getting up way to early, at least I have a steady flow of caffeine coming my way.

Little Nut Nut watches out for his little brother and worries about his safety. So when Owee gets the Garden Weasel that I used to aerate the backyard so we could plant more grass seed, and starts to aerate the yard himself, Little Nut Nut excitedly tells us “He has it, it is sharp!!” And when Owee learned to climb over his bedroom gate, Little Nut Nut comes running to find us to let us know Owee is in danger. Wee Nut has a very special brother who looks out for him to keep him safe.

Wee Nut has rewritten the words to his special, feel good, cuddle song I sing to him “I love my little Owee” to “I love my biggie Mommy” and he sings it to me. And it melts my Heart.

Honey Nut is suddenly learning several new words a day and putting several words together to communicate. She knows how cool she suddenly is now that she can do that.

I am so very Thankful for all the little things that my children do to make me smile. I am truly blessed.
