Tiny Pantry Makeover Part 2 – Our DIY Home Remodel on a Budget

I got to work on my Tiny Pantry Makeover this weekend. I started with the demo and pulled down the shelves, removed the drywall anchors, and worked on repairing the holes and cracks in the wall. It’s a really small space to work in, and hard to get good lighting to see how well I sanded the drywall and if I missed any spots with paint. My Mid-Century home is tiny, but it also had the wall between the living room and kitchen removed at some point to give it an open concept feel. In many ways it is one large room, so I decided to paint the entryway, living room, and kitchen all the same color and picked Elemental Gray by Glidden. I am not sure I like it. I only got 1 gallon, and have used it in a few different places as a test to see how well I like it. I am starting to look for another color to replace it. So far I don’t hate it, but it don’t love it the way I am hoping to as I work on my home. The speed I am working on my DIY home remodel will give me plenty time to decide if I need to pick out something new!
